Tax information and supporting documents are collected through CrossLink TaxPass, a third-party secure taxpayer-data system operated by CrossLink and connected to the professional tax-preparation software IPROTAX uses. When you select a TaxPass link on this website, you leave this website and continue to the CrossLink TaxPass service, where CrossLink's own terms and privacy practices apply in addition to ours.

Contact-form information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of client communications. Tax information submitted through TaxPass is used to prepare, review, sign, and electronically file your tax return.

IPROTAX does not sell your information. Information is disclosed only as needed to prepare and file your return, to service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Federal law restricts the use and disclosure of tax-return information by tax-return preparers.

Contact-form records are retained only as long as needed for client service and recordkeeping. Tax-return information is retained by IPROTAX and within the CrossLink system in accordance with applicable professional and legal recordkeeping requirements.

Information submitted through this website is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to authorized IPROTAX staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive taxpayer information by email or through the contact form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact-form information you submitted by emailing support@iprotax.com. Requests about tax-return records may be subject to legal retention requirements.

This website is not directed to children, and IPROTAX does not knowingly collect information from children through this website.
